  • Learn how to complete a character sketch by sketching body and its anatomies and parts.

  • Learn to sketch human hand and foot from different angles and perspectives.

  • Learn to finish up character-art work and sketching and convert it to computer through scanning.

  • Understand the 3 methods of illustration on computer starting with Adobe Photoshop for introduction.

  • Learn how to work on Adobe Photoshop and finish the artwork.

  • Learn second method of illustration on computer using brushes for inking on Adobe Illustrator starting with an introduction for Adobe Illustrator .

  • Learn third method of illustrating on computer using the Pen Tool on Adobe Illustrator.

  • Learn using Digital Art tablets (Wacom Cintiq and Wacom Bamboo).

  • Explain types of projects and how material of the course is useful for creative work.

  • Part 3: Work on a picture as sample and add changes to it through essential tools in the Tool Box (tools: Healing Tool, Burn Tool, Dodge Tool, Pattern Tool, Blur Tool).

  • Explain Hand Tool, zooming and navigation.

  • Explain Text.

  • Explain concept of Layers and how to use them .

  • Explain the concept of History and when to use it .

  • Learn to use the Menu and its commands (Image, Window) .

  • Explain the Paths, Mask and Shapes.

An introduction to Vector Graphics using the advanced software Adobe Illustrator would be a great introduction for graphic designers who aim to illustrate their ideas and create smarter graphic results. Designers who are interested in designing logos and corporate identities in a high resolution and professional method are welcome to this course.

  • Part 3: Learn the tools of the Tool Box (Live Paint Bucket, Gradient Tool, Eyedropper Tool, Spray Tool, Strokes and Fills).
